You may use a pseudonym or choose not to provide identifying details.
Support records are retained for 120 days after resolution to ensure proper follow-up and service quality.
The legal basis for this processing is performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For general inquiries not related to support, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining effective communication channels, as permitted under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

These SDKs do not access your photos, files, or other sensitive content.
Analytics and advertising features require your explicit consent. You can manage preferences via an in-app consent banner on first launch or through your device’s ad tracking settings.
All third parties comply with GDPR and have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with us.
We may disclose personal data to law enforcement authorities only when required by law or when there is credible evidence of illegal activity. Such disclosures are based on a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in preventing harm (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We engage trusted third-party providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics platforms) to assist in delivering our services. These partners are carefully vetted and bound by GDPR Article 28 data processing agreements.

The FilePhotoRevive – Data Recovery Assistant App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect their personal information, in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Additionally, the App is not intended for users under 16 years old (or 13 in certain EU member states), and we do not intentionally process personal data from such individuals, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
