IMPORTANT NOTICE
Xem TV app does not require account creation and does not store personal user data. All data collected is device-related and temporary.
DATA WE COLLECT
• Android ID - Used for push notification registration
• Advertising ID - Automatically collected by Google AdMob for personalized ads
• FCM Token - Used for push notifications
• Device Information - Device brand, OS version, app version, language
HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
Option 1: Uninstall the App
Simply uninstalling the app will automatically remove all associated data, including:
• FCM token registration
• All app-related data stored on your device
Option 2: Reset Advertising ID
To reset your Advertising ID used by AdMob:
1. Open Android Settings
2. Go to Google → Ads
3. Tap "Reset advertising ID"
Option 3: Opt Out of Personalized Ads
To disable personalized ads:
1. Open Android Settings
2. Go to Google → Ads
3. Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
DATA RETENTION
We do not store user data on our servers beyond what is necessary for app functionality:
• FCM Tokens: Stored only while the app is installed. Automatically removed upon uninstallation.
• Device IDs: Used temporarily for notification delivery and not stored permanently.
• Advertising Data: Managed by Google AdMob according to their privacy policy.
