- Device & Technical Identifiers: We collect device hardware model, operating system, IP address, device time zone, and push notification tokens required for notification delivery and session management.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and allow login into the app.
- To collect and submit data regarding deposits and transfers into our system (Google Sheets).
- To send real-time push notifications regarding submission updates, approvals, and system alerts.
3. Third-Party Services (OneSignal & Google Sheets)
We utilize third-party SDKs and cloud services to operate core application features:
- Google Sheets & Drive: Used for secure data storage, record management, and receipt attachment storage.
- OneSignal: Used as our push notification and session management provider. OneSignal collects device identifiers, user tags, IP addresses, and hardware details strictly to route push notifications and manage active device sessions.
4. Data Security
We use Google Security to protect your data in both the app and the Google Sheets storage. Google Sheets employs industry-standard encryption to ensure that your data is secure in transit and at rest.
5. Data Access
Only users who are authenticated can submit or view the data. You have access to the data you have submitted, and you can modify or delete your submissions via the app.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is transmitted strictly to our service providers (Google Cloud and OneSignal) solely to deliver core app functionality and notification services.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests
The data you submit is stored on Google Sheets and OneSignal as long as your account remains active.
- Requesting Account/Data Deletion: Users have the right to request full deletion of their account and all associated collection data at any time.
- To request account deletion, send an email to mdrago2022@gmail.com with your registered User ID/Username. Account credentials and linked notification tags will be permanently purged within 30 days.
