DarkGPT Pro Chat ("the app") is a personal AI chat client developed by Devnaro LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

## What data the app collects

**Messages you send.** When you type a message, its text (and the recent conversation history needed for context) is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (`api.cloudflare.com`) to generate a response. We do not operate our own servers — your messages go directly from your device to Cloudflare's API.

**Settings and chat history.** Your conversations (including any folders or favorites you create), display name, and app preferences (theme, reply language, response length, AI model choice) are stored **only on your device**, using Android's local app storage. We do not collect, receive, or have access to this data ourselves.

**Nothing else.** The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting, or any tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos — only network access, to talk to our AI backend, and (for optional features you choose to use, like voice input) the device microphone.

## Third-party processing

Message content you send is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. under their own privacy policy and terms:

We do not control how Cloudflare processes this data beyond what their policies describe.

## Data retention and deletion

The app has no user accounts and no backend server — there is no data on our side to delete. Everything is stored only on your device, and you are always in full control of it:

- **Delete one conversation:** swipe it away in the conversation list.

- **Delete everything at once:** open Settings → Data → "Clear all conversations."

- **Delete all app data immediately:** uninstall the app — since nothing is stored remotely, this removes it completely.

Note that if your device has Android backup enabled, this locally-stored data may be included in your device's system backup (governed by your own Google Account backup settings, not by us).

## In-app purchases

DarkGPT Pro Chat does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are available at no additional cost after installing the app.

## Children's privacy

DarkGPT Pro Chat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
