The bounds labeled 'Coulomb' , 'Rydberg ' are obtained from tests of Coulomb's law, and 'Atom' is originated from atomic spectrums [1]. The 'Sun L' , 'Sun T' are from the life time of sun, and 'HB' , 'RG' are corresponding result based on horizontal branch stars (HB) and red giant (RG) [2,3]. The 'IDPB' is constraint from intergalactic diffuse photon background[10]. Also the dashed dot line named by 'CAST' comes from the solar luminosity in CAST experiment [2]. The black lines 'LSW' and dark green region 'CROWS' are collection of light shining through a wall experiments (LSW) [4,5,6,7]. The 'COBE/FIRAS' is collection of bounds from the cosmology [8,9].
