A person says that he recently experienced a circumstance that caused him severe pain, regardless of the type of pain, whether mental or spiritual, and its cause.
He says: (As a result of this pain, I have developed a kind of objection in my heart to the Qadar of Allah. The problem is that I am soon to experience a similar circumstance and I fear that I will suffer similar pain even though I have taken precautions, and I fear that this objection will occur in my heart. What should I do?).
And the answer for benefit: In addition to reminding that this world is a place of trials, and to redirect the self to the reward and the hereafter, it is important in such circumstances to isolate this bad feeling (objection to destiny) from the self, meaning to hate this feeling and not hate yourself.
The one who fears this feeling for himself and turns to others for help in getting rid of it, is motivated by the love of Allah and the glorification of Allah. He should love this aspect of himself, and know that this aspect is the authentic in himself. While objection is an incidental feeling, not a part of his psychological construct, so he seeks help from Allah to repel it, not to leave this feeling to distance him from Allah... Address yourself: (You are not a bad person objecting to Allah, but this strange feeling "alien to you" has occurred in you, pushing you into Allah's embrace to seek refuge from this feeling).
This is important because one of the means of Satan is to make you hate yourself and let go of the rope of Allah to fall into the valleys of doubt and resentment... and pretend at first that self-doubt and self-loathing is required in dealing with these negative emotions, but rather isolate this feeling and increase prayer and good deeds to help you get rid of it, so the feeling becomes more intimate.
Another benefit: If a person is affected by these negative emotions, his asking for help from someone who can actually help him is a worship for which he will be rewarded, and isolating yourself from this feeling helps you not to be ashamed of asking the people of knowledge, because you do not consider this feeling to indicate a genuine flaw in you. While the hypocrites, the beginning of their destruction was that they harbored evil hearts, of objection and animosity towards religion and love for disbelief and its people, but they were not eager to get rid of them, and they did not ask or turn to Allah to be saved, but they lied to hide them and did evil and grew them until they were destroyed: (In their hearts is disease, so Allah has increased their disease and for them is a painful punishment for what they used to lie).
O Allah, purify our hearts.
