LUMION is a multimedia immersive space of a new format. A platform that combines modern technologies of digital media art and the creativity of the country's best specialists in generative and three-dimensional graphics.

The concept is based on uniting audiences of all ages, different spheres of activity, and interests through advanced and innovative art technologies.

Project Features

The walls and floor are illuminated by powerful projectors with laser light sources.

Interactive floor and walls which visitors interact with.

Architectural lighting and lasers create an atmosphere of total immersion in the story of the performance. 

Personal investment

In this project, I have developed a scheme for connecting all the equipment and developed a tracking system based on OptiTrack IR cameras and Hokuyo Lidar. Inside the TouchDesigner program, I wrote a program to transfer tracking coordinates to the Notch VFX program. A local network was set up. The selection and purchase of equipment was performed. Mounting of attachments and servers was performed. Calibration of tracking system and projectors. Connections and start of laser tuning dmx equipment and ventilation for smoke.
