Daniel Phillips Jr is a dominant force on the line, bringing power, discipline, and relentless drive to the trenches. His ability to read defenses, maintain leverage, and control the line of scrimmage makes him a valuable asset for any program. Daniel is joining Charlotte Christian Football as a rising Senior for the 2025 season, his third year as a varsity starter. His prior experiences are with the Cabarrus Stallions (2023) and Covenant Day (2024).
Daniel is multi-purpose lineman, playing both sides of the ball. On defense, he applies pressure on the line containing the run and applying quarterback pressure. On offense, he has protected the quarterback's blindside as OT but has experience playing guard and center as well.

Daniel trains with coach David Harrison at the Harrison Offensive Line Develoment program. Coach Harrison was an offensive lineman, now in the Elon Hall of Fame. Coach Harrison has numerous students including regional highschool stars, D1 and NFL players.
Under Harrison's instruction Daniel is building skills in a variety of drills and situations aimed at helping him understand the details behind the technique.
On the field, in the community, at church and in the classroom Daniel is a leader amongst his peers. Athletically, Daniel has won numerous team awards for character, modeling and holding others to a level required for success. At youth group, Daniel mentors high school students, is on the student leadership team, plays multiple roles in social media management, production, and has a frequent presence on the stage teaching and entertaining. At school he was elected President of the Gavel club and was on the Student Leadership Team.
Grass on the field isn't the only turf where Daniel is focused on getting the job done. He has successfully managed his own lawn business for the last 7 years. Starting at age 11, pushing a mower and gas can around the neighborhood, he gained a reputation for his hard work and attention to detail.
Daniel's business scaled with his physical growth and he now finds himself with professional grade equipment and a large and faithful customer base, working for over 30 clients in the past few years.
