Daniel Wang is a Doctor of Law from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Master in Philosophy and Public Policy from LSE. Master in Laws from the University of São Paulo (USP). Bachelor in Social Sciences from USP. Bachelor of Laws from USP. He has been a Professor of Health and Human Rights in the Department of Law, Queen Mary University of London, and Research Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Law at LSE, where he taught Human Rights. Daniel has publications in the areas of Constitutional Law, Public Law, Human Rights, Health Law, and Bioethics. He received the award "Public Policies and Equity: practical advances", from the Center for Studies in Public Administration and Government (CEAPG), of the School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV-SP), in 2009. He also won the "Contest of Legal Articles on the Right to Social Assistance'' awarded by the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger and the Ministry of Health [with Natália Pires], in 2014. Between 2016 and 2018, he was a member of the Research Ethics Committee of the National Health Service in England. He is currently a member of the Bioethics Committee at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, in São Paulo.
