Welcome to my website.
My name is Daniel Svogun and I am on the 2019-2020 job market. I will graduate with a PhD in Economics in hand from Fordham University GSAS by May 2020. My research is in Finance. In my job market paper, I justify the design of a learning strategy for technical analysis in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
By the time I graduate in May 2020, I will have taught fourteen (14) total classes, six in Basic Microeconomics and eight in Introduction to Statistics. I post my course material on this website. Click "Teaching" in the top right hand corner to view the course material for my current Statistics classes.
I can contribute meaningfully to the instruction of a wide-range of disciplines, including, but not limited to, Microeconomics, Finance, Financial Economics, and Business Economics.
I will attend The Annual ASSA Meeting January 2020 in San Diego, CA
