Welcome! I am a Researcher and Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. Previously, served as a Senior Research Fellow (Postdoc) in the Experimental Economics Group at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn.
Currently, I am dedicated to utilizing research and experimental methods to enhance the development of digital services within NAV's responsibilities. My research interests include behavioral and experimental economics, as well as development economics. I conduct large-scale field experiments to investigate how incentives, information provision, and financial shocks influence human behavior. I am motivated by improving people's lives through research.
I hold a PhD from the University of Cologne.
