Daniel Johnston

Hi, my name is DJ and welcome to my webpage.

I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of New South Wales Canberra, working with Timothy Trudgian and his large research group. Starting in July 2026, I'll be at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. 

I primarily work in analytic number theory on topics such as sieve methods, exponential sums and the distribution of primes. More details are given under the "Research" tab.
