I managed the No Place for Hate program for 275 campuses, achieving a remarkable 92% retention rate and 12% annual growth. As an Assistant Principal at Austin ISD, I developed meaningful relationships with over 500 students and 50 staff members, and I organized a transformative Youth Summit that brought together over 200 students and 40 adults to explore allyship and civil rights. Additionally, I co-founded Camp 787, where I quickly adapted to a virtual model during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully recruiting 30 families in just four weeks and provided consulting and training opportunities to over 1,000 educators.

Here you'll find a highlight video for the 2023 Youth Summit, which I led as the developer, planner, and executor. The day was met with praise from staff, volunteers, facilitators, and participants as not only enjoyable but necessary.
We know education was changed forever during the COVID-19 Pandemic. In response, my co-founder and I responded by creating consultation programs and facilitated training for educators to respond
This two-hour pre-recorded session explained how we built a vibrant community during our six-week virtual summer camp. It covered the importance of virtual community-building, offered practical resources for teachers to start on day one, and included a comprehensive document with game/activity directions and three weeks of pre-made community-building lessons.
Our goal was to equip teachers with the tools to create a strong classroom community online, promoting a structured yet joyful return to school. The session was met with 100% satisfaction and positively impacted over 10,000 students. Use passcode 'community' to view.
