As a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in leadership, program management, and strategic planning, I have successfully overseen initiatives in both academic and non-profit sectors. Most Recently, as the Education Director at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), I managed a national anti-bullying program; operationalized regional practices, relationships, and fundraising; and developed strategic plans for our national education team.
Previously, I served as an Assistant Principal at Austin ISD, where I built strong community relationships and facilitated professional development for staff. Additionally, I co-founded Camp 787, pivoting to a virtual summer camp model during the COVID-19 pandemic and built an education consulting business to support educators through the pandemic transition.
Outside of work I'm a PhD candidate and research assistant at Texas State. When I'm not busy writing I enjoy taking up new hobbies from cooking, diving, running, to attending over 100 live music events in one year! I'm drawn to trying new things.Â
I'm looking to transfer my skills in strategic planning, community engagement, and program management to the private sector, driving impactful initiatives and fostering organizational growth. Check out my resume for more details below!
