  • Tuesday Vinyasa (Intermediate) - 7:00pm EDT

  • Warrior Wednesday (Yoga/Pilates Fusion) - 10:00am EDT

  • Thursday Yoga 101 - 7:30pm EDT

  • Saturday Restorative (All Levels) - 11:00am EDT


Class Descriptions:

  • Vinyasa - This intermediate class uses a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.

  • Warrior Wednesday - An intermediate Vinyasa class fused with Pilates and other fitness elements

  • Yoga 101 - Great for Beginners! An introduction to yoga practice at a leisurely pace, step-by-step. Students will learn basic breathing techniques and get a taste of some of the most frequently encountered Beginner poses.

  • Restorative - Great for all! A practice all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props like towels or blankets, rather than your muscles, are used to support the body.
