I'm a post-doctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain, at the Center for Operations Research and Econometrics (CORE). Formerly, I obtained a Ph.D. degree form the same departement under the supervision of Professor Anthony Papavasiliou. My research focuses on developing high performance computing algorithms capable of tackling challenging stochastic optimization problems, that appear within the context of renewable energy integration in power systems.  

I have worked as an intern at ENTSO-E working on generation capacity expansion of the pan-European region, within the context of the European Resource Adequacy Assessment (ERAA).

I received my bachelor and master’s degree from the mathematics department of Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia. My CV can be found here.
