I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at Texas A&M University. 

I will be joining the Department of Economics and Accounting at the College of the Holy Cross as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2025. 

My research interests lie in the economics of labor and education, with a special focus on hiring discrimination, employment dynamics in multi-racial or multi-ethnic settings, informal labor markets, and teamwork cooperation and conflict resolution in diverse groups. 

In my work, I use a variety of methods, including laboratory, online, and field experiments, in conjunction with the analysis of survey and administrative data.
