I graduated in Psychology with a thesis on how to use D&D and RPG games for talent assessment and evaluation in the corporate world. I obtained an advanced degree in Consumer Psychology and focused on conducting qualitative and quantitative research on business settings. I also studied photography and worked in several filmmaking jobs as a freelance assistant and operator.
10+ years experience managing the candidate pipeline from recruitment, through evaluation to hiring and onboarding. Using games for competence assessment and profiling, remote evaluation processes and situational/immersion testing for quick candidate selection.
6+ years experience in human centered research and product/interaction design for user experience projects, market evaluation, data analysis and In-depth lead generation through Quantitative/Qualitative techniques and filmmaking/documentary tools.
