5. ข้อมูลในเครื่องและการสำรองข้อมูล

6. การลบบัญชีและข้อมูลที่ยังคงอยู่

7. ขอให้ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลโดยไม่ต้องเปิดแอป

ส่งคำขอจากอีเมลที่คุณใช้สมัครถึง developer@dchhometechnology.com เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี โดยระบุหัวข้อ “ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูล DANDY HOME” และบอกว่าต้องการลบบัญชี ข้อมูลที่เหลือหลังลบบัญชี หรือทั้งสองอย่าง ไม่ต้องติดตั้งแอปใหม่เพื่อส่งคำขอ หากต้องการให้ลบชื่อเล่นเตียงที่ยังคงอยู่จากการลบบัญชีก่อนการปรับปรุงระบบครั้งนี้ กรุณาระบุหมายเลขเครื่อง (serial) ของเตียงด้วย เพราะข้อมูลเตียงไม่ได้ผูกกับอีเมลของคุณอีกต่อไปหลังลบบัญชี

8. การขอเข้าถึงหรือแก้ไขข้อมูล

ติดต่ออีเมลข้างต้นเพื่อขอเข้าถึงหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลของคุณ คำขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลที่คุณส่งผ่านบริการอื่น เช่น LINE อาจต้องดำเนินการกับบริการนั้นร่วมด้วย

9. กลุ่มผู้ใช้และการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

DANDY HOME controls DANDY COSMO adjustable beds over Bluetooth, provides alarms, and displays bed, warranty and service information associated with an account. This document explains the information used and how to request its management.

1. Provider and contact

2. Information used by the app

Account: The email address, name and phone number provided during registration, used for authentication, account management and linking service information to the account.

Optional profile photo: Used to display your account photo on devices signed into the same account.

Beds and service: Model, serial number, delivery and warranty information, bed nickname, bed bindings, registration requests, service references and status, used to display and handle the relevant records.

Information on the phone: Alarms, selected positions, Bluetooth pairing and app preferences are used locally. The reviewed version does not synchronize alarm lists or phone-specific Bluetooth pairing identifiers between phones through the app's servers.

Android scanner technical information: Google Play services/ML Kit may collect device information, app versions, identifiers and service-operation information for diagnostics and usage analytics as described by Google.

3. Service providers involved

Supabase: Provides authentication, account/bed/service databases and profile-photo storage. Authentication and access-control rules restrict access to data. The project server is located in Singapore (ap-southeast-1).

Resend: Delivers authentication and password-reset emails through servers in the Japan region (ap-northeast-1). This involves the recipient address, email content, codes or links, and delivery information processed by the provider.

LINE: When you choose service support through LINE, the app opens LINE with a message containing a service reference when available, bed name, model and serial number. Information you send through LINE is also governed by LINE's privacy policy.

Google Play services/ML Kit on Android: Provides QR scanning with image processing on the device. Not uploading scan images for server processing does not mean the service collects no technical information. See Google's data disclosure (https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure) and Google code scanner documentation (https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/vision/barcode-scanning/code-scanner).

The reviewed version does not include an advertising network or separately integrated app behavioural-analytics/crash-reporting tools. This statement does not exclude technical diagnostics and analytics performed by the providers described above.

4. Phone permissions

Android and iPhone: Bluetooth to discover and control beds, notifications for alarms, and photo selection for the profile image. Bed commands travel directly over Bluetooth, not through the app's servers.

Android 11 and earlier: Location permission enables Bluetooth discovery as required by those Android versions. It is not used to collect or transmit your location coordinates.

Android: Exact alarm scheduling, restoring alarms after startup, and vibration. Permission availability depends on the Android version and your settings. On Android 14 and later, you may need to enable “Alarms & reminders” for alarms to ring on time. Without this permission, alarms can still work but may be delayed; alarm notifications must still be enabled. QR scanning through Google's scanner interface does not request camera permission for the DANDY HOME app itself.

iPhone: Camera access for QR scanning, and access to photos according to your selection or permission.

You can manage permissions in your phone settings. Disabling permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.

5. Local information and backups

Some information is stored on the phone. The operating system may back up or transfer preferences according to your settings. In the reviewed Android version, the app declares exclusions for alarm data, saved Bluetooth beds and phone-to-bed pairing from the backup and transfer mechanisms it supports. This does not guarantee that uninstalling the app deletes all backup copies, including copies managed by the operating system or its providers.

6. Account deletion and information that remains

You can initiate account deletion from the account screen in the app. When deletion completes successfully, the system removes the account, including its email address, name, phone number and profile photo, clears bed nicknames in bindings still linked to that account, and detaches the account from bed bindings and service requests. Serial numbers, models, binding history, service history and warranty information remain. Detaching the account alone does not certify that the remaining information can no longer be associated with a person.

The company retains bed, warranty and service records for the duration of the bed’s warranty or service life because these records relate to the physical bed identified by its serial number, not solely to a user account. Nickname clearing applies to account deletions after this system update and does not remove historical data retroactively. Nicknames from accounts deleted before this update may therefore remain; you can request their deletion as described in section 7.

This policy does not grant automatic transfer of warranty rights to another person. Bed registration and warranty entitlement require separate consideration.

7. Request account and data deletion without opening the app

Send your request from the email address registered to your account to developer@dchhometechnology.com so that account ownership can be checked. Use the subject “DANDY HOME account and data deletion” and state whether you request deletion of your account, information remaining after account deletion, or both. You do not need to reinstall the app to send a request. If you want remaining bed nicknames deleted from an account deleted before this system update, include the bed's serial number, because bed records are no longer linked to your email once the account is deleted.

DCH HOME TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED is responsible for handling requests. The company will acknowledge and process your request within 30 days of receipt, verifying account ownership before deleting information. Do not send your password or email verification code. On request, the company will delete remaining bed nicknames. Bed, warranty and service records are retained for the reasons and duration criteria in section 6. The company will explain the information retained, the reasons and the duration criteria.

8. Access and correction requests

Contact the email above to request access to or correction of your information. Requests relating to information you sent through another service, such as LINE, may also require action with that service.

9. Intended users and policy changes

The app is designed for adults using adjustable beds and is not designed to target children. Updates to the published policy will display a revised date clearly.
