"Dance Hits" is a local-only music player app. All core resources such as audio files, cover images, and lyrics are pre-installed in the local "assets" folder of the App, enabling playback functionality without connecting to a server. This App only collects necessary non-personal identifiable information to enhance user experience and comply with advertising regulations. It does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, email address, geographic location, etc.), nor does it access your sensitive permissions and data such as address book, photo album, and call history.
II. Types of Data We Collect and Collection Methods
This App adheres to the "principle of minimum necessity" and only collects the following two types of information for specific purposes, with no redundant data collection:
1. Necessary Advertising-Related Data
- Collected Content: Only includes the Advertising Identifier (AD_ID) for Android devices, the Advertising Tracking Identifier (IDFA) for iOS devices, and basic device information (such as device model, operating system version, and App version number).
- Collection Method: Automatically collected through the integrated Google AdMob Advertising SDK and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK, without requiring manual provision from you.
- Collection Purpose: Only used for AdMob ad delivery, personalized optimization, and ad performance statistics, helping us display non-intrusive ads relevant to your interests while ensuring ad delivery complies with Google Play Advertising Policies.
2. App Usage Data (Non-Personalized)
- Collected Content: Only includes anonymous statistical data such as the number of App launches, frequency of playback function usage, and ad display/click status. This data is not associated with any personally identifiable information about you.
- Collection Method: Automatically recorded through the AdMob SDK and local App logs (stored only locally on the device, with no upload).
- Collection Purpose: Only used to optimize App performance (such as fixing playback function abnormalities) and improve ad display experience, not for any other commercial purposes.
3. Data Explicitly Not Collected
This App will not collect the following information about you, nor will it attempt to obtain it through any means:
- Personally Identifiable Information: Name, ID card number, phone number, email address, geographic location, social account information, etc.;
- Sensitive Device Data: Address book, text messages, photo album, call history, microphone permission, camera permission, storage permission (except for local cache required for the App's own operation);
- Music Usage Privacy Data: Your playback history, favorite list, playback preferences, and other information are only stored locally on the device and will not be uploaded to any server.
III. Rules for Data Usage, Storage, and Sharing
1. Restrictions on Data Usage
All data we collect is only used for the purposes explicitly stated in this Policy and will not be used beyond the following scope:
- AD_ID/IDFA is only used for AdMob ad delivery and privacy authorization management of the UMP SDK;
- Local statistical data is only used for App function optimization and will not be used for user profile building or targeted marketing.
2. Data Storage Method and Duration
- Storage Location: AD_ID/IDFA and basic device information are only temporarily accessed by the SDK when the App is running and are not stored in the cloud; local statistical data is stored locally on your device and can be completely deleted by uninstalling the App.
- Storage Duration: Data is only retained during your use of this App. If you uninstall this App, all locally stored data will be automatically cleared; the permission to access AD_ID/IDFA will terminate upon App uninstallation.
