Hello! My name is Mikaela Walker and I have been dancing since the age of 3 years old. I joined Dance Explosion when I was in 7th grade where I was a dancer and assistant until graduating high school. Then in 2012, I became a dance teacher while attending the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. My favorite styles of dance would have to be poms and hip hop! I am also a special education teacher at the middle school in River Falls, WI. My husband and I have two boys and a Golden Retriever!

Dancing is not just something we do, it is who we are. Dance Explosion creates a home where dancers can learn to express themselves and feel safe doing so. I want for everyone to walk through our doors and feel as loved as I have over the years. We are so excited to have you here!
