My name is Emma Karpenske. I danced at Dance Explosion for 10 years performing styles like Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Hip hop, Pom, and ballet. In 7th grade I was blessed to be apart of a group that took first place at the World Dance Competition in New Jersey. After graduating from New Richmond High School, I continued dancing at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul. In college I became the coach of the dance team club, joined the dance company, and completed a dance minor. 

Currently I’m bringing everything I’ve learned in college back to dance explosion and have loved watching the dancers grow. Outside of the studio I teach 5th and 6th grade along with Art at Ascension Academy in Cameron, WI. I enjoy riding my horse, gardening, and most of all dancing.
