My name is Bailey Germain. I first joined the Dance Explosion family my eighth grade year of middle school as a dancer and an assistant teacher. I brought what I learned at Dance Explosion to Viterbo University where I was the captain of the Dance Team. Many years later, life brought me back to my home and second family as a teacher at Dance Explosion. 

I truly believe in the power of dance - not only as a form of expression, but as a way for dancers to build confidence. From putting on a pair of tap shoes for the first time to perfecting a kick line - there is no other place I would rather call home.

Outside of the studio you can find me with my family - husband, daughter & pup - likely at a WI State Park, at City & County Credit Union leading the marketing & branch teams or at home reading a good book!
