India ranks third globally with about 6,000 large dams, underscoring the critical importance of dam safety and management. The International Workshop on Dam Safety (IWDS 2024) will bring together dam professionals and experts from various inter-related disciplines both within India and around the world. This workshop will be a platform to discuss, reflect, and share knowledge, technology, and experiences in addressing dam safety issues.

The IWDS 2024 will feature Plenary Sessions, Technical Sessions, and Industry Sessions. Eminent dam safety professionals will deliver valuable presentations during the Plenary Sessions.
