* **Livestock & Khata Records:** Animal tags, names, breeds, dates of birth, lactation/pregnancy stages, breeding event histories, milk dispatch entries, customer khata ledger entries, and cashbook expenses are stored locally in an offline SQLite database on your device.
* **Photos & Camera:** The app requests optional access to your device camera and image gallery solely to let you attach cattle photos and customize your farm logo. Photos remain on your device and are backed up directly to your private Google Drive app storage.
* **Biometric Authentication:** If you enable biometric security (Fingerprint / Face Unlock), verification is processed strictly on-device by your smartphone operating system. We do not transmit, view, or store raw biometric tokens.
* **Google Account Profile:** When you authenticate via Google Sign-In, we receive your email address, display name, and avatar picture to identify your active farm profile and manage cloud backup sync.

### 2. Google Drive Data Access (Restricted Scope)
Our application requests access to the following restricted Google Drive scope:

* **Isolated Application Sandbox:** This scope permits the app to write and read files strictly inside a hidden sandbox folder (`appDataFolder`) dedicated exclusively to Dairy Khata.
* **Zero Access to Personal Files:** The app cannot access, read, index, modify, or delete any personal photos, documents, spreadsheets, or folders stored in your general Google Drive.
* **Data Transferred:** Only your farm backup bundle (`al_mustafa_dairy_backup.json`), which includes your local SQLite tables, settings, and base64-encoded cattle images, is synced to your private Drive.
* **Data Encryption:** All synchronization with Google APIs is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

* We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer your farm financial data, customer details, or livestock records to third-party brokers, advertisers, or analytics networks.
* Customer receipts sent via WhatsApp are initiated directly by you through standard WhatsApp URI links; no contact data is transmitted to external servers.

You retain full ownership and control over your records:
* **Local Data Removal:** Uninstalling the app permanently removes the local database and cached images from your phone.
* **Cloud Backup Deletion:** You can delete your cloud backup at any time:

2. Navigate to **Security** → **Third-party apps with account access**.
