DailyScript (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information while you use our Flutter-based diary app.
Text entries you write in the app, including your thoughts, ideas, or journal content.
Mood selections associated with each note (emojis like 😊, 😄, 😢, etc.).
Tags you add to notes to categorize them.
Images you attach to notes (stored locally on your device as Base64-encoded data).
Device model and manufacturer.
DRM (Digital Rights Management) status to ensure content security.
Your device environment may be checked for rooted or emulator conditions (used solely for app security).
Optional: Any logs needed for crash reporting or debugging (e.g., Flutter exceptions). No personally identifiable information is shared.
Note Storage & Management: To save, retrieve, and display your diary entries.
Filtering & Search: To allow searching notes by content, tags, or date.
Pinning & Stats: To manage pinned notes and provide usage statistics.
DRM & Security Checks: To ensure the app runs in secure environments.
Advertising: To display AdMob banner ads to support the app.
All your notes, images, and tags are stored locally on your device.
No notes are uploaded to cloud servers by default.
If you share notes or export them (PDF, Share functionality), the content leaves your device only if you perform these actions.
We use Google AdMob to show banner ads.
AdMob may collect information like device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage info for ad personalization.

DRM is used to protect your content from unauthorized access.
Root or emulator detection is implemented to prevent insecure environments.
You can edit, delete, or export your notes at any time.
You can clear tags and moods associated with notes.
No personal information is automatically shared with third parties (except for AdMob ad data).
All notes are stored locally; images are Base64-encoded.
DRM and device validation ensure secure app usage.
The app avoids running on rooted or emulated devices where possible.
No unnecessary permissions are requested.
DailyScript does not use cookies.
AdMob may collect information for advertising purposes.
DailyScript is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
On web, DRM is limited and not available. No local storage beyond browser storage is used.
On mobile, DRM and root checks are active, and local device storage is used for all notes and images.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected in this document with an updated “Effective Date.”
