The app is designed to work mostly on your device. We do not require an account and we do not run in‑app analytics or advertising SDKs in the current version of the app.
On your device, the app may store:
Settings you choose (for example: notification times, how many reminders per day, favorites, and similar preferences), using Android’s local storage (such as SharedPreferences).
Quotes and content shipped with the app (for example, bundled quote data) and any favorites you save locally.
This data stays on your device unless you use a feature that sends information elsewhere (see below).
If you turn on daily reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. You can turn them off in the app or in Android system settings. We do not need to know your identity to show reminders.
“Request a feature” (or similar) may open your email app with a pre-filled message. We do not receive that email unless you choose to send it. What you send is between you and your email provider.
Sharing or saving (for example, sharing a quote or saving an image) uses Android’s normal share/save flows; those are handled by the apps you pick (gallery, messaging, etc.), not by us as a separate upload.
