Welcome to Waterly ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application, Waterly: Daily Hydration Tracker (the "App").
Waterly operates entirely as a local health-utility application. * Local Data Storage: All your data, including daily water intake logs, hydration targets, and onboarding settings, is stored directly on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences).
Personal Data: We do not collect, transmit, store, or upload any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location) to external servers.
Our app integrates minimal third-party utilities to enhance features (e.g., sharing data via native system dialogs using the share_plus package). These packages invoke standard native mobile system functionalities and do not track or capture your private logs.
Since all data is saved locally on your device hardware:
Your hydration timeline data persists until you manually clear it, delete logs via the interface, or uninstall the App.
Uninstalling the App will completely purge all data stored by Waterly permanently.
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit any data from anyone under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, we maintain a safe environment for all age categories.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be updated directly within this document and reflected with a new "Effective Date."
