All workout check-ins, notes, and user preferences are stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Health Data:

Daily Discipline allows users to track their training activity. However, this information is stored only on the user's device and is not collected, processed, or shared externally.

Notifications:

The app may request notification permission to send daily workout reminders. This permission is optional and can be disabled at any time in device settings.

Data Deletion:

All user data is stored locally on the device. Users can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app, which permanently removes all stored information.

Third-Party Services:

Daily Discipline does not use analytics, tracking technologies, third-party advertising SDKs, or financial services.
