HABIT DASH — PRIVACY POLICY

OVERVIEW
Habit Dash ("we", "our", "the app") is built to work with your habit data staying on your device. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data.
DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your habits, completion history, streaks, notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). This data is not transmitted to us or any third party unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it (such as iCloud sync, if and when offered).
PHOTOS
If you choose to set a custom profile avatar, the app requests access to your photo library only for the single image you pick, via Apple's system photo picker. We never gain broader access to your photo library, and the chosen image is stored locally on your device.
NOTIFICATIONS
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device to help you remember your habits. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no reminder content is sent to any server.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store and managed via our subscription infrastructure provider (Adapty), which receives the minimum transaction data required to verify your purchase and grant entitlements. We do not receive or store your payment details.
ANALYTICS
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. These SDKs may collect device information, app usage events, and crash diagnostics. This data is associated with an app instance, not your name or contact details, and is used only to improve the app's stability and features.
ADVERTISING
Free-tier use of the app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may use this data consistent with Google's own privacy policy. Ads are not shown to Premium subscribers or Lifetime purchasers. We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
YOUR CHOICES
You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app, which removes all locally stored habit data from your device. You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Habit Dash is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and significant changes will be called out explicitly rather than folded in silently.
