Terms and Conditions — Daily Gratitude

These Terms govern your use of the Daily Gratitude app ("App") provided by AlgoSoft Technologies Limited ("we," "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). Minors may use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple ID or Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, for non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules.

4. Free and Premium

The free tier includes up to 3 journal entries per day, up to 3 affirmation folders (with up to 3 affirmations each), access to 1 affirmation folder, and a free 7-day challenge. Creating or editing beyond these limits, unlocking more folders, and accessing all challenges and customization require a Premium subscription. We may change tier features at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium is offered as a 1-month free trial, monthly, yearly, or one-time Lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account, not by us:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-renewing plans renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

6. Your Content

You own your journal entries, affirmations, photos, and voice notes. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content only to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for what you create and must not store unlawful or infringing content.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the App unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy, resell, or distribute it. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its materials (except your content) belong to AlgoSoft and are protected by law. "Daily Gratitude" and AlgoSoft marks may not be used without permission.

10. Wellness Disclaimer

Daily Gratitude is a journaling and self-reflection tool for general wellbeing. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of [e.g. Dhaka] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and AlgoSoft Technologies Limited, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
