Most of the content you input (e.g., life anchors, reflections, goals, and settings) is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to this data on any external server. If you delete the Application, your local data may be permanently lost.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
By downloading or using the Application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the Application.
The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the Service Provider. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
In-App Purchases: Premium features are handled via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions may automatically renew based on store policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranty. In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
The content and reminders within the Application (specifically for Daily Death Reminder) are for informational and reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.
