ORDERING AND SHIPPING
✿ I found something I like! How can I place an order?
Yay! You can place an order by completing our order form. Kindly wait for us to reach out to you and confirm your order.
For custom designs, send your inspo through Instagram DM so we can chat and see if the design is possible. Custom designs will depend on bead availability. We will let you know as soon as possible if the design is not available.
Please note that all daily clutter accessories are handmade. Pieces may include minor variations due to the nature of our pieces.
✿ What are your Modes of Payment?
We accept payments through bank transfer, Gcash, and Paymaya.
Payment details will be sent via Instagram DM once you have placed an order. Once payment has been finalized, please send us a copy of the proof of payment via Instagram DM.
Reservation is up to 3 days only. Kindly settle your payment within the given period to avoid cancellation.
✿ How will you deliver my order and when will I receive it?
All of our beaded accessories are made-to-order. Please allow at least 1 week for us to make them. Shipping day is every Saturday.
We offer standard delivery through Gogo Xpress. For orders within Cebu, you can expect to receive it in 2 days and 5-7 business days for orders outside of Cebu.
We also do express delivery within Cebu via Lalamove. Kindly send us a DM to check the rate.
Once your parcel is shipped out, we don't have any control over the courier's operation anymore. Should you have problems with tracking your parcel, please send us a DM on Instagram and we'd be happy to assist you.
✿ Do you accept Returns or Refunds?
All beaded accessories are handmade by us to ensure the best quality possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

✿ Care guide!
We strive to use the best quality materials possible, however as with all jewelry, our beaded accessories are delicate and requires lots of TLC. To help it last longer, we suggest:
✿ wiping your accessory after wear with a soft and clean cloth to remove oils and dusts before storing it away
✿ storing your beaded accessories separately
✿ removing your accessory before showering, exercising, and sleeping
✿ wearing your beaded accessory after putting on perfume or any other chemicals
Always keep in mind that the longevity of your beaded accessory or its plating differs per person, usage, treatment and skin type 💗
