The lifestyle information you enter in the App, such as meal proportions, sleep, movement, and daily scores, is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not send this lifestyle information to the developer or to a developer-operated server.
The App displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising where permitted by law and your consent choices.
For users in regions where consent is required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent before ads are requested where applicable. Your lifestyle entries remain on your device until you change or remove the App’s local storage. You can remove locally stored information by clearing the App’s storage in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App. The developer does not maintain a server-side copy of these entries.
The App is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
