You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify us immediately at sikandarsk@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Permitted Use
Daib AI is provided for personal, non-commercial health tracking purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the app, not to use the app to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Medical Disclaimer
This is important — please read carefully. Daib AI is a personal wellness and tracking application. It is not a certified medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Any AI-generated food analysis, glucose spike predictions, or health scores are estimates only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or a licensed healthcare provider regarding your diabetes management.
6. AI-Powered Features
Daib AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze food images and provide nutritional estimates. These estimates may not be 100% accurate and can vary based on portion size, food preparation methods, and image quality. We make no guarantee of accuracy for AI-generated results.
7. Health Connect / Apple Health Integration
If you choose to connect Daib AI to Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit, you grant us permission to read and write health data as authorized by you. You may revoke this permission at any time. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in data synced from third-party health platforms.
8. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)
Any premium features offered within Daib AI will be clearly marked. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daib AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Daib AI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
