DaDa Music ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

3.  How Information Is Used

The App does not use your personal information for any purpose, as none is collected.

Data collected by Google AdMob is used solely for:

•       Serving and personalizing advertisements

•       Measuring ad effectiveness and analytics

•       Preventing fraudulent clicks and ad fraud

4.  Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device (playlist and playback position) is retained until you delete the app or clear app data through your device settings.

Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

5.  Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not share any user data with third parties. Google AdMob independently collects data for advertising purposes under their own privacy policy.

7.  App Permissions

These permissions are used solely to provide music playback functionality. No audio file data is transmitted outside your device.

8.  Your Rights

You can manage your data at any time using the following methods:

•       Playlist data: Use the 'Clear All' feature in the app, or go to Device Settings > Apps > DaDa Music > Storage > Clear Data

•       Uninstalling the App: All locally stored data is permanently deleted when the App is uninstalled

•       Opt out of personalized ads: Device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

9.  Opting Out of Personalized Ads

To opt out of Google AdMob personalized advertising:

•       Android Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

•       Google Ad Settings: https://adssettings.google.com

Note: Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the App; non-personalized ads will still be displayed.

10.  Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

11.  Security

The App does not transmit personal data, eliminating network-level privacy risks. Data stored locally is protected by Android's app sandbox architecture, ensuring other apps cannot access it.

The App's release build applies R8 code obfuscation to protect against reverse engineering.

12.  Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app update notes on the Google Play Store. The updated policy takes effect 7 days after the notice is published.
