Joining the Founding Team is not an employment relationship. Members are not staff, contractors on retainer, or guaranteed a fixed income. Membership makes you eligible to be contacted and prioritized for paid, project-based opportunities as they become available.

When a client project requires your role (photographer, videographer, graphic designer, or writer), you may be contacted and given priority to join that project. Payment is agreed and paid per project or per deliverable, only for work completed and accepted. 

Founding Team members may shoot landscape videos or reels of cafes/local businesses in Bulacan on their own device and submit them to Dacano.official for review. Only submissions that pass review will be purchased. Submitting content does not guarantee purchase or payment.
