FiiO D03K

The D03K is the cheapest and most reliable way to get rid of interference if your PC or TV has an optical SPDIF output. Functionality and output options are very limited, but that's not surprising for the budget. It gets the job done and if you don't want to look at the fairly ugly box just hide hide it somewhere, they made it so small for a reason. Invest the money you saved in a better looking amplifier instead...you'll have to look at it all the time.

When should you get this?

Money is tight and that S/PDIF signal needs to be processed elsewhere.
