I understand and agree not to publish any religious, political, or obscene topic and not to expressly or implicitly attack any legal person inside or outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, under penalty of legal prosecution.

You agree not to publish or circulate any material contained in the following list:

• Content that includes threatening others

• Content that includes discussion of illegal activities

• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks

• Advertising or any form of commercial advertising

• Pornographic, immoral, or unauthorized content

You agree that any violation of the terms of the prohibition list mentioned above authorizes the "دبرني " Application to block your account and prevent you from the service without prior notice.

"دبرني "is a registered trademark in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You may not use any of the marks without the prior written consent of the relevant trademark owner.

Limitations of responsibilities

I understand and agree to exempt the company application and the company, including their representatives, directors, clients, affiliates, employees, partners, contractors, and advisors from any consequences of any claims, requests, damages, or losses, whatever their origin or source, whether directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the application or Software. In this clause, the company does not bear any compensation of any kind without any limits, general, special, incidental, or resulting from any cause or partial, based on any theory of liability about any use of the company’s application or its software and the information contained therein, even if the company is aware of it. The possibility of such compensation or damages.

Disputes

Jordanian law is the applicable law, and Arabic is the language of the agreement in which it is read if the contract has multiple languages.

We agree that the dispute will be resolved through arbitration under the Jordanian Arbitration Law if any dispute arises regarding this agreement or any of its provisions or anything that branches out or arises from it, and the two parties agreed that the final arbiter between them will be the courts of Jordan - the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
