Description of the accommodation

The accommodation is independent. There is a garage. From just outside the garage some steps lead up to the garden laid out to grass, plants and a paved area for sunbathing, five more steps lead onto the large covered terrace with a splendid view of the lake, furnished with tables, chairs, bench and deckchairs.

The living room – kitchen has two enormous ceiling to floor windows along the entire side of the room meaning that you can appreciate the superb lake view also on cooler days, whilst eating or just relaxing on the sofa-chaise-longue.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed while there is a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower.

Air-conditioning and central heating.

Bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided.

The apartment is not suitable for disabled access due to the steps up from the garage.
