Description: Parrot is a caucasian man in his mid 20's, longer brown hair coming down to his shoulders. His hair is dyed at the ends. Parrot is known to have a speech impairment. It is something odd that has never really been seen before but Parrot can only repeat words that he has heard someone speak within the few minutes. It is unknown the exact time at this moment. The cause is currently unknown as well, it might be related to the injury that caused his heterochromia. Parrot has a tattoo along the back right side of his neck. Which shows a parrot trapped in a cage with a magpie breaking it open.
Background: Parrot grew up somewhere in the United States of America. It's unknown how he ended up in California, however he soon found his way to meeting up with Magpie. Due to Parrot's rather quiet nature he got along quite well with the stoic Scandinavian. They traveled as a pair for a few years before eventually ending up meeting with Santiago and Kori.
Criminal Charges: Parrot was part of a gang that was caught in an attempted robbery targeting one of the largest banks in the country. They were boxed in by the local police and swat teams. Wanting to make a name for himself within the gang, one of the fellow gang members began executing civilians. This caused Parrot's fellow gang members to turn on the rogue member and incapacitate them. Following their surrender knowing they were not going to make it out alive. The decision was made to charge them all with the death penalty, even though Parrot only existed as the getaway driver. It was one of the most brutal crimes within the 21st century. And the public was not happy with them. While awaiting the transfer to a Max Security some men in suits pulled them each into a room. Offering them the standard deal the foundation extends to Death Row Inmates. 30 days of work, then freedom. It was an obvious choice. They all took it.
