This privacy policy applies to the Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by HI SPACE .,JSC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes may collect limited usage data to improve app performance and user experience. This includes information such as how often the app is used, which features are most used, crash reports, and general device information (e.g. Android version, app version, device model).
The following data is collected for the purpose of providing SMS and MMS functionality and is processed ephemerally (temporarily):
- Phone numbers: Used to send and receive messages
- SMS and MMS content: Used to display, send, and receive messages
- Photos and videos: Used for MMS attachments
- Audio files: Used for MMS attachments
- Contacts: Used to display contact names instead of phone numbers
- Files and documents: Used for MMS attachments
- Purchase Information: When you make an in-app purchase, we collect purchase-related information such as purchase tokens, order IDs, and product identifiers.
This information is used solely to verify, process, and restore your purchases.
- Payments and Financial Information: We may provide paid products and/or services within the Application. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., Google Play Billing). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. This data is processed locally on your device as part of the core messaging functionality. Users can opt out of this data collection by not selecting Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes as their default messaging app.We do not collect or store any credit card .
The following data is collected and shared for analytics, debugging, and advertising purposes:
- App activity: How you interact with the app
- Device or other IDs: For analytics tracking and ad personalization
- We use purchase information to: Verify transactions with Google Play, Enable purchase restoration, Prevent fraud and unauthorized access to premium features
Our application requires internet access to download dynamic content (images/assets) to enhance user experience. These files may be cached locally on your device to improve performance. We do not collect or upload your personal photos. The download process involves connecting to our content delivery servers (e.g., Cloudflare), which may process standard request data strictly for connection establishment.
Any data we collect is used to improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the app, as well as to provide relevant advertising. This helps us fix bugs, understand user needs, and optimize the overall experience.
Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes requires certain permissions to function properly and provide a full-featured messaging experience. All permissions are requested only to support core functionality, and we never misuse them for unrelated purposes.
SMS & MMS Permissions
Used to send, receive, read, and write SMS and MMS messages. These permissions are essential for the app to work as your default messaging tool.
Contacts Permission
Used to display contact names instead of just phone numbers in your conversations. Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes does not upload or share your contact list.
Phone State Permission
Used to detect your device’s current state to ensure reliable message delivery and app compatibility across different devices and networks.
Schedule Exact Alarm Permission
Used to schedule messages to be sent at a specific time, ensuring accurate message delivery.
Notification Permission
Used to display message notifications and allow direct replies from the notification bar. This enhances usability but does not involve accessing message content.
Messages Pro: Cyber SMS Themes only requests the permissions it needs to provide you with a smooth, secure, and personalized messaging experience. You can review or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We currently use the following service providers for data storage:
Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.): Used for content delivery and storage optimization. Please refer to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Amazon S3 (Amazon Web Services, Inc.): Used as a primary storage infrastructure for media files. Please refer to AWS Privacy Notice.
Data collected by these providers: When your device downloads or uploads content via these services, technical data such as your IP Address and request timestamps may be processed by these providers to establish the connection. We do not share your personal identification information (PII) with these providers beyond what is necessary for the technical transmission of data.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at ngthang120819988@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (ngthang120819988@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
