Cyber Grid ("we") built the Cyber Grid app as a free app.

Data Collection:

This app uses Google AdMob for advertising, which may collect 

device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization.

Account Deletion :

You can permanently delete your account directly in the Cyber Grid app by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, email cybergrid.game@gmail.com with the subject “Cyber Grid account deletion request”.

After verifying the request, we will delete your account and associated profile, wallet, inventory, achievement and identifiable gameplay data within 30 days.

Anonymous transaction records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance. These records are not retained as an active Cyber Grid account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Never send us your password, authentication token or purchase receipt.
