Privacy Policy — Armenian Constitution Quiz
Effective date: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dmitrii Iakovenko, providing the App under the Cyber Sparrow Games name ("Cyber Sparrow Games," "we," "us," or "our"), processes information when you use the Armenian Constitution Quiz mobile application (the "App").
The App is an educational quiz about the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, is not an official source of law, and does not provide legal advice.
1. Privacy at a glance
- You do not need to create an account to use the App.
- Detailed quiz progress and preferences are primarily stored locally on your device.
- Optional usage analytics are disabled until you expressly allow them.
- You can decline analytics without losing App or Premium functionality.
- You can change your analytics choice at any time in Settings.
- The App does not display third-party advertising.
- We do not use the App for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Analytics do not transmit the raw text of quiz questions or answer choices.
2. Information stored locally on your device
The App stores information locally so that its features work, including:
- quiz progress, scores, accuracy, streaks, and completed sessions;
- question numbers associated with studied questions or mistakes;
- resumable quiz-session information;
- preferences such as interface and translation language, theme, music, sound, motion, and accessibility settings;
- your analytics choice; and
- locally cached Premium-entitlement state used while the App communicates with the App Store.
This information is not uploaded to a server operated by Cyber Sparrow Games. You can remove progress through the controls provided in the App. Deleting the App normally removes locally stored App data. An active App Store subscription remains associated with your Apple Account and may be restored after reinstalling the App.
3. Optional usage analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase ("Firebase Analytics"), provided by Google LLC, to understand how the App is used, identify problems, and improve features.
Firebase Analytics collection is disabled by default. Analytics events are sent only after you choose **Allow analytics** in the App. Events occurring before consent are not queued for later transmission.
If you allow analytics, the following categories may be processed.
3.1 Device and App information
- a randomly generated, pseudonymous app-instance identifier;
- device model;
- operating-system name and version;
- App bundle identifier and App version;
- device language or locale;
- App Store and installation-source information;
- first launch, App open, foreground, session, and update information;
- session duration; and
- approximate country or region derived from the network connection.
Google may receive an IP address while transmitting and processing analytics information and may use it to derive approximate geography. The App does not request or collect precise GPS location.
The App does not create a Cyber Sparrow Games account, does not assign a Firebase user ID, and does not associate Firebase events with your name or email address.
3.2 App interaction information
The App may send events describing:
- screens viewed and navigation between screens;
- quiz mode, such as Exam, Practice, Review Mistakes, or individual-question preview;
- whether a quiz was started, resumed, completed, timed out, or exited;
- quiz question count, current question position, and question number;
- numeric indexes of the selected and correct answers;
- whether an answer was correct;
- answered and correct-answer totals;
- Premium paywall views;
- selected subscription plan;
- purchase, restoration, and Premium-entitlement flow status; and
- changes to interface language, hint language, theme, music, sound effects, reduced-motion preference, and corrected-question settings.
The App does **not** send the raw text of a question or answer choice through Firebase Analytics. Numeric question and answer identifiers may nevertheless correspond to content included in the App.
3.3 Purchase information
Firebase Analytics may automatically record App Store purchase and subscription events. Depending on the transaction, this may include:
- product identifier and product name;
- price or transaction value;
- currency and quantity;
- whether the product is a subscription;
- introductory-offer or free-trial status, if applicable; and
- subscription conversion or renewal information.
Test, invalid, or sandbox transactions may be excluded by Google’s systems.
We do not receive your full payment-card number, bank-account information, or Apple Account password.
4. App Store purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payments and maintains the transaction history associated with your Apple Account.
The App receives limited StoreKit information needed to:
- display products and localized prices;
- initiate a purchase;
- determine whether Premium access is active;
- restore purchases; and
- open Apple’s subscription-management interface.
Cyber Sparrow Games does not operate a separate server-side payment database and does not directly process your payment method. Apple’s processing is governed by the [Apple Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
5. Information you provide to us
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and name as shown by your email service, the contents of your message, attachments you choose to provide, and technical information you voluntarily include.
We use this information only to respond, provide support, resolve problems, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
6. Why we process information
We process information to:
- provide and maintain the App;
- save local progress and preferences;
- provide, verify, restore, and manage Premium access;
- with your consent, measure feature usage and improve usability and reliability;
- answer support requests;
- prevent fraud or misuse; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
Where applicable, optional analytics are processed on the basis of consent. StoreKit and Premium-entitlement information are processed as necessary to provide the subscription you requested. Support information is processed to respond to your request and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in maintaining the App.
7. Analytics choice and withdrawal
On first launch, the App asks whether you want to allow usage analytics. Declining does not restrict App or Premium features.
You can change your choice at any time:
**App → Settings → Share analytics**
If you turn analytics off, future optional analytics collection stops, locally cached Firebase analytics events are cleared, and the local Firebase analytics identifier is reset.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove information already processed or included in aggregated reports before withdrawal. You may contact us to request deletion of identifiable analytics records where technically possible and required by applicable law.
8. Service providers and disclosure
Google LLC
Google provides Firebase Analytics and processes optional analytics information on our behalf. Google Analytics uses a pseudonymous app-instance identifier to distinguish App installations.

Apple Inc.
Apple provides App distribution, StoreKit purchases, subscription management, and payment processing. Apple may independently process Apple Account, transaction, device, diagnostic, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect users, the public, or our rights; investigate fraud or security issues; or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections.
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Advertising and tracking
The App does not contain third-party advertisements. The iOS version uses the IDFA-free Firebase Analytics configuration. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization signals are disabled. The App does not link the AdSupport framework and does not use App Tracking Transparency permission to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
10. Data retention
- **Local App data:** retained on your device until you reset it using an App control, overwrite it through normal use, or delete the App.
- **Analytics event-level and user-level data:** retained according to our Google Analytics settings for no longer than 14 months. Standard aggregated reports that do not directly identify an individual installation may remain available longer.
- **Support communications:** generally retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- **App Store purchase information:** retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not maintain a separate server-side purchase-history database.
11. International processing and security
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, they use contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. Firebase analytics data is transmitted using encrypted connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to obtain information about processing; access, correct, or delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive portable data where applicable; and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Because the App does not use user accounts and analytics records are associated with pseudonymous installation identifiers, we may need information reasonably necessary to locate a record, and some aggregated information may not be attributable to an individual.
To exercise a right, contact **cybersparrowgames@gmail.com**. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
California residents may also request information about applicable categories of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
13. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are below the age at which you may legally consent to optional analytics in your country, a parent or legal guardian should make that choice for you. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will review the request.
14. Third-party links
The App may open websites operated by Apple, Google, or other third parties, including subscription-management, Privacy Policy, and Terms pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, its providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at the Privacy Policy URL with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects optional analytics processing, we will provide additional notice or consent where required by law.
