CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT BY CYBER EMPATH

CYBER-EMPATH is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to visitors.

If the information is to be used for research, writing or other purposes, the visitor's consent will be sought.

Exceptions to confidentiality:

If a visitor breaks the law or has a tendency to harm others or themselves,

This interactive video aims to present the concept of the "CYBER-EMPATH" project and the visual effects of CYBER CONFESSIONAl in a visual way.
The current conception is that the CYBER-EMPATH is the incarnation of each participant who enters the cyber confessional itself, and is therefore designed to be particle-like and de-gendered.
And the trinity commandments that sound before entering the Cyber Confessional are designed to critically mimic the biblical Ten Commandments, which I think is a very interesting design that fits Gen Z's self-conscious personality as well as a sense of religious ritual.
And the current idea for the Cyber Confessional is that the page will have a number of different styles of Cyber Confessional options for the user to pick from, and the user can choose the most appropriate space to enter and engage in self-meditation/reflection/conversation depending on the mood of the day.
This video features three different styles of spaces - an intergalactic observatory with a pink sky, a nature cave space after rain, and a wizard's home with a bonfire - and upon entering, every confessional room has the ASMR white noise tone that corresponds to that room. (White noise has been scientifically researched and proven to have a soothing effect on negative emotions)
The idealized state would be the user watching with the earphone and VR glasses for an immersive experience, but current production technology limits this.
Based on some stakeholder feedbacks, the next iteration will consider designing a suitable way (methodology) to teach users to meditate/relax/attain a state of mental health, further enriching the functionality of this project.
