PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of the Fast VPN mobile application, as identified in the app's Google Play listing ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Fast VPN and its related services (collectively, the "Service").
Fast VPN provides VPN and proxy connection features. This Privacy Policy applies only to Fast VPN and services operated by us or on our behalf. It does not apply to websites, applications, networks, or services that you access through a VPN connection.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Process
The information processed depends on the features you use, your device settings, your account status, and the version of Fast VPN available in your region.
2.1 Account and Authentication Information
If you create an account, sign in, purchase a subscription, or use account-based features, we may process:
- Your email address;
- An internal account identifier;
- Authentication tokens or verification status;
- Basic account information received from Google when you choose Google Sign-In;
- Subscription, entitlement, and account-status information.
We do not receive your Google Account password.
2.2 Device, App, and Network Information
We and our service providers may process technical information such as:
- Device manufacturer and model;
- Android version and API level;
- Fast VPN version and installation information;
- Device language, country, region, and time zone;
- Android ID, app instance ID, installation ID, or similar identifiers;
- Push-notification token;
- IP address;
- Approximate country, region, or city inferred from your IP address;
- Internet service provider and network information;
- Network type and connection status;
- App installation and update timestamps;
- Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-detection information.
This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve the Service.
2.3 VPN Connection and Operational Information
Providing a VPN service requires our systems and VPN servers to process technical information needed to establish, maintain, route, troubleshoot, and secure a connection.
This information may include:
- Connection start and end time;
- Connection duration;
- Selected VPN server or server region;
- Selected connection protocol;
- Connection result and status;
- Approximate upload and download amounts;
- Connection errors and performance information;
- The source IP address used to connect to a VPN server;
- Destination IP addresses, domain-routing information, DNS information, or other network information required to route traffic.
We may retain limited connection, diagnostic, or security information where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate errors, prevent fraud or abuse, protect our infrastructure, and comply with applicable law.
Fast VPN is not represented as a completely anonymous or zero-log service.
2.4 VPN Traffic and Browsing Content
Network traffic must be processed in transit so that Fast VPN can route it between your device and the requested destination.
We do not intentionally use the payload content of your VPN traffic for advertising or analytics. We do not intentionally build advertising profiles from the contents of web pages, messages, or files transmitted through the VPN.
This statement applies to traffic content and does not mean that no technical connection information is processed. Network headers, source and destination IP addresses, DNS information, timestamps, routing information, and similar technical data may be processed temporarily or retained where reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service.
Fast VPN cannot control the information collected by websites, applications, DNS providers, payment providers, internet services, or other third parties that you use.
2.5 Installed Applications and Split Tunneling
Fast VPN accesses information about applications installed on your device to provide split-tunneling and per-app VPN features. This allows you to choose which applications use the VPN connection and which applications connect directly.
The installed-app list is primarily processed on your device for this purpose. Selected package names or routing settings may be stored locally.
Installed-app or routing information may also appear in diagnostic information if you choose to submit a connection report, send logs, or contact customer support. Fast VPN does not use access to installed applications to monitor the content of those applications.
2.6 Analytics and App Activity
We use analytics services to understand how Fast VPN is used and to improve its reliability and functionality.
Analytics information may include:
- App screens and features used;
- Buttons or connection actions;
- Session information;
- Login and subscription events;
- Purchase-related events;
- Device and app information;
- Country or language information;
- App instance or analytics identifiers;
- Error and performance information.
Fast VPN currently uses Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics for these purposes.
2.7 Crash Reports and Diagnostics
We may process crash reports, technical logs, and diagnostic information, including:
- Crash stack traces;
- App state at the time of an error;
- Connection status and error codes;
- Device and operating-system information;
- App version;
- Performance and reliability information;
- VPN configuration or routing information relevant to an error.
Diagnostic logs may contain technical identifiers or configuration information. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information when voluntarily submitting a report.

If you contact us or use the in-app customer-support feature, we may process:
- Your email address;
- The contents of your support messages;
- Files, screenshots, or logs you choose to provide;
- Account and subscription status;
- Internal user or installation identifiers;
- Device model, Android version, app version, language, and time zone;
- Network type, IP-derived country, ISP, and related network information;
- Information needed to diagnose and respond to your request.
Fast VPN uses Crisp to provide in-app customer support. Crisp processes support information on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited purchase information such as:
- The product or subscription purchased;
- An order or transaction identifier;
- Purchase status;
- Subscription and entitlement status;
- Renewal or expiration information.
Payment processing is also subject to Google's privacy policy and Google Play terms.
2.10 Notifications and Remote Configuration
Fast VPN may use a push-notification token to deliver service, account, support, or subscription-related notifications.
We also use remote-configuration services to provide server settings, app configuration, feature availability, update information, and operational changes. Remote configuration may process technical identifiers, IP addresses, app information, and request metadata.
3. How We Use Information

6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including operating and securing the Service, resolving disputes, supporting users, preventing fraud or abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

- Connection, diagnostic, and security information may be retained for operational, troubleshooting, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or allow it to expire, subject to legal, security, backup, and technical limitations.
7. Security and VPN Limitations
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
A VPN connection may protect traffic between your device and the selected VPN server according to the connection protocol being used. After traffic leaves the VPN server, protection also depends on the destination service and whether that service uses protections such as HTTPS.
No VPN, network, storage system, or security measure can guarantee complete security, uninterrupted availability, anonymity, or protection against every threat.
Fast VPN does not guarantee that websites, applications, account providers, payment providers, device platforms, or other third parties will be unable to identify or track you.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to certain personal information;
- Request correction or deletion;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- Request a portable copy of certain information;
- Opt out of certain analytics uses where required;
- Lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy authority.
You may also:
- Disconnect the VPN at any time;
- Change notification permissions in Android settings;
- Change your analytics or privacy choices where the app provides those controls;
- Stop using Fast VPN and uninstall the app;
- Request deletion of your account through the in-app account settings;
- Request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us.
Deleting Fast VPN does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled separately through Google Play.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
9. International Data Processing
Fast VPN and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy and government-access laws may differ between countries.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps intended to provide an appropriate legal basis and safeguards for international processing.
10. Children's Privacy
Fast VPN is not directed to children under 13 or under any higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Fast VPN, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, service providers, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we may also provide notice in the app or request consent before a material change takes effect.
