Hello! I am Dr Chaeyoung Yong/용채영 (she/her) from the School of International Relations at the University of St Andrews. My research interests are on the role of emotions in global politics, memory/trauma, IR theories, gender-based violence and activism, and international relations of East Asia/Japan. I received PhD in International Relations at St Andrew in November 2023, after completing B.A. and M.A. in International Relations at Seoul National University.
