1. Data collection
Convertio does not collect or send your data to any external servers. File conversions run entirely in your browser.
2. Local storage
The extension stores locally (on your device):
— last selected formats and conversion type,
— conversion history,
— network request statistics (counts, URLs).
This data stays only on your device and is not shared with anyone.
3. Files
Files you convert are processed locally only. They are never uploaded to any external server.
4. Permissions
The extension uses permissions (storage, webRequest, tabs, host_permissions, content scripts) solely to provide its features: saving settings, showing request stats, opening the app in a new tab, and running scripts on pages.
