Retroactive Pay for Non Union Staff Dave Schinbein - 'I have been informed (John Gable and Bill Riggs) that the employer is announcing a 12 cent retro pay to the non union members.'

'We believe this is a disrespectful action on the part of the Corps, especially given we are in the middle of negotiations. The Corps has apparently chosen to pit one group of workers against another by paying non union workers different wages for doing the same work unionized workers do. Simply put, it is unfair.'
