Bravo Zulu

Bravo Zulu Cmre: Craig Longhurst

Five years ago, Craig was invited to be part of Op Sugar Rush (MPU Esquimalt) as a volunteer foot patrol at Belmont Park Halloween night. Belmont Park has a one street entry and draws up to 300 kids per nite because of the safety factor. What started as bringing free coffee for a couple of beleaguered parents has morphed into handing out bottled water and coffee for hundreds. As Craig says, he views this as not just about Halloween, but being about community relations outreach. We of the Comish Union applaud his effort. Bravo Zulu Craig. To show our support of his volunteer efforts the Commissionaires Union is pleased to make a donation to the Military Police Fund For Blind Children on Craig's behalf.

June 2017 - Bravo Zulu Katrina Harper - after working a night shift she returned to work in the morning, bringing breakfast for those who had to work overtime. Thanks for keeping morale high.
